Night Production Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
26.00 to $ 36.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Sunday throughThursday from 08:00pm to06:00am )
- Oversee daily production activities and manage job changeovers efficiently.
- Monitor cycle times, scrap, labor use, and overall shift productivity.
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and proper work practices.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members throughout the shift.
- Maintain production records, track shift performance, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Night Production Supervisor Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production.
- Strong communication, coaching, and team-motivating skills.
- Understanding of production metrics, workflow, and equipment such as fabrication or CNC machinery.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while supporting team goals.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
