Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 /annually
  • First Shift
  • Facilitate new-hire onboarding, distribute paperwork, and guide employees through the onboarding process.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for newly hired employees, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Verify employment eligibility for all new hires using E-Verify.
  • Review HR documents for accuracy and ensure proper data entry for all employee status changes including promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Enter new employee information into all required company systems. Ensure accurate time and attendance records in preparation for payroll processing.
  • Support Environmental Health & Safety by documenting safety incidents, coordinating with the Workers’ Compensation provider, and maintaining OSHA logs.
  • Assist with communication and coordination for temporary staffing needs.
  • Maintain HR filing systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to unemployment claim requests.
  • Support administration of leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, state/local leave laws, and disability programs.
  • Prepare reports, audit HR systems, and create spreadsheets or written documents as needed.
  • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries.
  • Participate in exit interview processes.
  • Manage weekly and monthly attendance reporting.
  • Coordinate new-hire training and scheduling as needed.
  • Provide support to HR Managers and Operations leadership.
  • Meet with employees regarding attendance and employee relations concerns.
  • Assist the HR Manager with workplace investigations.
  • Work collaboratively with production and support teams to promote safety and product quality.

Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; HR-related college degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be substituted for formal education.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States
