Quality Liaison/Team Lead - B Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.15 to $ 22.15 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( 07:00pm to05:30am )
In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for automotive seats.
This position requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive quality checks and inspections on automotive seats
- Identify and document any defects, non-conformances, or quality issues in accordance with established procedures.
- Act as a Team Lead, providing guidance, direction, and support to other quality personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
- Escalate critical quality concerns to management promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality discrepancies efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
Quality Liaison/Team Lead - B Shift Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or production support (preferred)
- Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection processes Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with multiple departments
- Proficient in basic computer systems and documentation tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
