Beveler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 06:00pm to06:00am )
- Responsible for the cutting of steel plate according to instructions, drawings and quality requirements utilizing plasma, gas or oxy acetelene cutting
- Equipment and processes include plasma cutting, manual beveling, hand grinders and other small tools
- Set up cutting equipment by setting parameters and making adjustments
- Utilize manual cutting and automated cutting equipment and tooling to cut and bevel components
Beveler Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years machining experience in a heavy fabrication industry or a combination of work experience and machining training
- Must be able to read and interpret production drawings and technical work instructions
- Experienced with heavy industrial work environment, loud machine noise from production floor, exposure to cutting torches and grinding sparks from fabrication are present
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
