We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative.In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, process orders, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. CSR Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Resolve customer service or Billing complaints .
- Merchandising
- refunding money and adjusting Bills
- Warehouse shipping and Recieving
CSR Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some roles may prefer an associate’s degree.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or databases.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
