Seeking a AM Service Specialist dedicated to the maintenance and enhancement of our current and forthcoming Additive Manufacturing (AM) equipment.

AM Service Specialist 2nd shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
40.00 to $ 50.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Wednesday throughSaturday from 02:00pm to01:00am )
- Maintain, enhance, and operate metal powder bed fusion additive manufacturing machines, ensuring optimal part quality, machine uptime, and production throughput within set schedules.
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to uphold operational efficiency.
- Perform unplanned mechanical and electro-optical repairs, as well as machine optimizations and intra-facility equipment relocations.
- Proficiently diagnose intricate electrical and mechanical issues, meticulously document root causes of failures, and drive effective corrective actions.
- Execute complex optical and mechanical calibration procedures to uphold precision standards.
- Swiftly troubleshoot and rectify mechanical issues to minimize production downtime.
- Work with Programable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for automated systems
AM Service Specialist 2nd shift Qualifications:
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or Associates degree in a technical field and equivalent maintenance technician work experience.
- Automation and machine control experience with demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience with metal (or other) Additive Manufacturing (AM) processes and additive manufacturing equipment, such as, SLM Solutions, EOS, RenAM, or Velo3D machines is a plus but not a requirement for consideration.
