Chattanooga based building supply company is seeking a qualified bilingual customer service rep with a background in inside sales.

Bilingual Inside Sales and CSR Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Answering questions, providing details on products/services, and handling complaints via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Identifying customer needs, troubleshooting issues, offering solutions (refunds, exchanges), and escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Processing orders, managing returns, updating account info, and handling billing or payments.
- Accurately logging customer interactions, updating records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Guiding customers through the buying journey, answering technical questions, and closing deals.
Bilingual Inside Sales and CSR Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication is essential to build rapport and trust remotely.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment is highly preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
