Manufacturing Engineer Details:
Direct Hire position- $
90,000.00 to $ 115,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Lead new product launches including process design, equipment specification, validation (PPAP), and capital planning.
- Own and improve manufacturing processes to drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
- Develop and maintain FMEA, Control Plans, operating instructions, and ensure QMS compliance.
- Troubleshoot production issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Program Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations to implement lean improvements and best practices.
Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical field required.
- 5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience with proven success in process improvement and new product launch.
- Strong background in lean manufacturing principles, FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and root cause problem solving.
- Hands-on experience with complex mechanical assembly, tooling, machining, pneumatics, and production equipment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively on the shop floor.
