Spray Line Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Operates an automated spray line, dry oven, and UV curing tunnel to apply UV coatings.
- Loads/unload chemicals, monitors equipment, and follows all safety and quality procedures.
- Manages materials and communicates with supervisors on production needs.
- Performs preventative maintenance and supports continuous improvement efforts.
Spray Line Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to work in noisy, dusty, and hot environments.
- Able to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 15–20 lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable operating production equipment, including a battery-powered pallet jack.
- Able to follow safety procedures, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
