Granola Processing Technician – Lead Track Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.50 / hour Full Time and Part Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 10:00pm to06:30am )
- Batch and stage ingredients for production
- Operate ovens and other technical equipment
- Monitor production output and finished poundage
- Perform quality checks and take machine readings
- Maintain proper inventory levels and documentation
- Sanitize equipment and tools
- Support team workflow and help guide less experienced team members
- Communicate production updates and escalate issues as needed
Granola Processing Technician – Lead Track Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience (shift lead, closer, supervisor, or similar) preferred
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and twist up to 65 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Ability to adjust priorities and support production goals
- Maintain legible and accurate records/paperwork
- Punctual, reliable, with a solid attendance record
- Strong reading comprehension, writing skills, and basic math
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
