Elwood Staffing in Pueblo is hiring a Saw Operator/Forklift Driver for a local manufacturing facility. This is a Monday–Friday shift with a great temp-to-hire opportunity!

Saw Operator/Forklift Driver Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate band saws, cold saws, or other metal cutting equipment to cut steel beams, tubing, plate, and other materials to required specifications
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, cut lists, and measurement documents
- Perform accurate measurements using tape measures, calipers, and other precision tools
- Inspect material for defects before and after cutting
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move steel stock throughout the shop and yard
Saw Operator/Forklift Driver Qualifications:
- Experience operating an industrial saw in a manufacturing or fabrication environment (preferred).
- Forklift operation experience; certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to read and interpret measurements and blueprints
- Experience in steel fabrication or metalworking
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
