Commercial Services Salesperson Details:
Temporary position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to06:00pm )
We are looking for a Sales & Rental Representative with proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, bringing energy, autonomy, and a results-driven mindset. This person will be responsible for acquiring new customers, closing service and rental contracts, maintaining strong business relationships with existing clients in the commercial and residential sectors of El Paso and the surrounding metropolitan area, as well as handling invoicing and collections associated with those sales and rentals.
Commercial Services Salesperson Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience (7+ years strongly valued). • Proven track record in B2B and/or B2C service sales in El Paso, TX or the border market. • Experience selling rental contracts or recurring service agreements (preferred). • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required to serve clients on both sides of the border. • Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). • Basic knowledge of social media as a prospecting tool. • Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and ability to work with minimal supervision. • Own vehicle required.
