Electronic Assembler Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 16.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Assemble small and intricate boat lighting components.
- Perform precise soldering and desoldering of electronic parts.
- Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy.
- Follow technical instructions and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Electronic Assembler Associate Qualifications:
- Proven experience in assembly and soldering small components.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions or schematics.
- Experience in electronics or lighting assembly.
- Familiarity with surface-mount or through-hole soldering is preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
