CNC Machinist Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 04:00pm to02:30am )
Job Details
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision metal components according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine machine maintenance, tool changes, and adjustments to keep equipment running efficiently
- Monitor production runs, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary corrections to maintain accuracy and productivity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all company safety policies and procedures
CNC Machinist Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience operating CNC mills and lathes
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience performing machine setups, offsets, and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently, follow safety procedures, and maintain high accuracy in production
