We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Leads for our 1st and 2nd Shift. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation, efficiency, and quality of our production line. The successful candidate will leverage their production line expertise and leadership skills to guide a team, uphold safety standards, and achieve daily production goals.

Line Lead (Bilingual) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 18.75 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Monday - Friday, 6:15 AM - 2:45 PM
- Monday - Friday 3:15PM - 11:45PM
- Direct and coordinate daily production line activities to meet output targets and deadlines.
- Monitor product quality, ensuring adherence to specifications and company standards.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to production line team members.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot minor operational issues and escalate significant problems to supervision.
- Track and report production metrics, including output, downtime, and material usage.
- Perform hands-on production tasks as needed to support the team and maintain workflow.
- Enforce company policies and procedures on the production line.*
Line Lead (Bilingual) Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a production line worker in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
- Demonstrated leadership ability or prior experience as a Team Lead or similar supervisory role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
