Maintenance Worker Details:
Temporary position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Perform routine cleaning, repairs, and general apartment upkeep.
- Handle landscaping tasks like mowing, trimming, and planting. Inspect and prepare units for new tenants, ensuring all repairs and cleaning are completed.
- Assist with inventory, emergency maintenance needs, and teamwork to support property operations.
Maintenance Worker Qualifications:
- Basic maintenance and cleaning experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform light repairs, use hand tools, and follow safety procedures.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, including lifting, bending, and completing physical tasks.
- Must pass background screening and meet company reliability standards.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to assist with on?call or urgent maintenance needs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
