Project Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Coordinating diverse project elements
- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Engineering Detailing Coordination
- Facilitate collaboration with engineering teams.
- Procurement & Purchasing Management.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation.
- Monitor project progress closely.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving concerns to foster strong relationships.
- Implement and uphold rigorous quality assurance protocols and safety.
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination or management, attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer operation, typing skills, and familiarity with standard office software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Highly reliable, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Predominantly desk-based work.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, perform repetitive typing motions, and engage in verbal communication.
Project Manager Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) are highly valued.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of steel fabrication processes, structural steel erection, welding codes (e.g., AWS), and blueprint reading.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management within the steel industry
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
