Employee Relations Coordinator Details:

  • Temporary position
  • $26.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday)
  • Manage and respond to workplace complaints; conduct investigations and recommend resolution
  • Advise leadership on employee relations matters, including discipline, performance, and policy compliance
  • Support HR initiatives including employee relations, retention, compliance, training, and records management
  • Conduct training on policies and employee relations procedures- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with organizational values
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies

Employee Relations Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in employee relations or HR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience handling investigations and complex employee relations issues
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
