Maintenance Tech
The Industrial Maintenance Technician performs advanced mechanical and electrical maintenance to support plant operations. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing complex equipment to ensure safe and efficient production. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Certification as an Electrician or experience as a PLC Programmer is preferred.

Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
26.00 to $ 32.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:00pm )
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on mechanical and production equipment
- Troubleshoot PLC, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Repair and replace defective parts; dismantle and reassemble machinery
- Fabricate and assemble equipment (welding, cutting, pipe fitting)
- Perform emergency repairs and assist with equipment installations
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Knowledge of electrical schematics and PLC troubleshooting
- Experience with welding (TIG, MIG, Stick), plumbing, and HVAC Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read technical documents and work in industrial conditions
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work overtime as needed
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
