Engineering Project Manager Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $83,200.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Manage projects from award notification through final payment
• Coordinate drafting, production, scheduling, manufacturing, shipping, and installation activities
• Monitor project timelines to ensure manufacturing flow remains efficient and on schedule
• Develop and manage project budgets including supervision, drafting, and installation costs
• Track project financial performance to ensure work remains within or under budget
• Work closely with Accounts Receivable to establish AIA billing breakdowns, manage monthly billings, and coordinate final and retention invoices
• Communicate change orders, cost impacts, and schedule adjustments to clients and internal teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide regular updates regarding production lead times, shop drawing approvals, scheduling, and shipping timelines
• Review how projects were bid and communicate estimating intent to operations and production teams
• Participate in project handoffs and collaborate with manufacturing on best practices and mold strategy
• Maintain constant communication with manufacturing regarding production status and upcoming workload
• Track deliveries and provide accurate shipment information to clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with third-party installers when applicable, obtain bids, determine subcontracting needs, and monitor installation schedules
