Commercial Sales Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
31.25 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Start-up opportunity in a small-business environment.
- Initially part-time with transition to full-time.
- Compensation adjusts based on role and performance.
- Prospect and develop new B2B customers within assigned territory
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, appointments, email, and networking
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to promote products and services
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to proposal and closing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business decision-makers
- Prepare proposals, special pricing, and bid quotes
- Coordinate with store operations for order fulfillment and customer support
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activity
- Track sales activity and assist with collections as needed
Commercial Sales Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B sales required
- Must be able to think like an owner
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
