Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision components used in energy and perforating systems.
- Assist with machine setup, tool changes, and part inspections.
- Ensure all parts meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- • Ability to read documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with supervisor and co-workers.
- • Ability to operate a band saw.
- • Ability to operate CNC lathes. • Ability to operate proprietary and traditional laser cutting equipment.
- • Able to operate a forklift.
- • Must possess the ability to operate hand tools and powered hand tools.
- • Knowledge of general computer programs including Microsoft Office products, e-mail and the Internet.
- • Operate office equipment including fax machine, telephone, copier and postage meter.
- • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to calculate with the use of fractions and/or decimal system.
- • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carryout instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. •
