Bilingual Quality Assurance Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Conduct in-process and finished product inspections
- Perform weight checks, label verification, and packaging inspections
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and document findings
- Collect product samples for testing and retain samples as required
- Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, HACCP, and GMP standards
- Monitor sanitation procedures and verify cleaning documentation
- Identify and report food safety concerns immediately
- Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections
- Complete quality logs and inspection records accurately
- Maintain production and food safety documentation
- Assist in investigating non-conforming products and customer complaints
- Support corrective action processes
- Other duties as assigned
Bilingual Quality Assurance Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
