Production Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.24 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 10:00pm to06:00am )
- Load and unload production equipment and package finished parts while performing regular bending, twisting, reaching, and walking.
- Perform quality checks including first and last piece inspections, hourly verifications, and final audits.
- Follow production schedules, standard operating procedures, and required documentation for each job assignment.
- Make simple machine adjustments, complete set-ups or changeovers, and support continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all production and automotive quality standards.
Production Operator Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read work instructions, follow procedures, and complete basic machine set-ups or adjustments.
- Strong attention to detail for matching component numbers and performing precise quality checks.
- Must be able to pass required background check, drug screen, and pre-employment assessments.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
