Industrial Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
Maintenance Technician will support plant operations at its Youngsville, NC facility. This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving industrial equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical capability, a commitment to safety, and the potential to advance into a Maintenance Foreman role.
Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including conveyors, motors, and production equipment.
- Ability to read schematics, use tools safely, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have Welding certification and experience.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
