1st Shift Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform wire harness assembly tasks, including cutting, stripping, terminating, and organizing wires.
- Operate basic production tools and equipment safely and accurately.
- Inspect assembled components to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures.
- Support general production needs as assigned throughout the shift.
1st Shift Production Associate Qualifications:
- No high school diploma required; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
- Ability to stand for the full shift and perform light, repetitive lifting.
- Must follow all safety rules, including proper dress code and use of PPE.
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small parts or hand tools preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
