AP/AR Compliance Admin Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $20.00 to $24.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Process daily cash management activities and perform high?volume data entry of vendor invoices, ensuring accurate job, phase, and GL coding.
  • Manage corporate compliance, including monthly/quarterly filings, licenses, resale certificates, vendor credit applications, and maintaining vendor W?9s and annual 1099 reporting.
  • Prepare and file state Sales & Use Tax returns and reconcile vendor statements while obtaining missing documentation.
  • Monitor the AP inbox, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal departments to secure invoice approvals and resolve issues.
  • Process routine monthly billing allocations, including cell phone charges, fuel card usage, Visa expenses, and customer payment postings.
  • Print and process checks, maintain confidential company information, and support staff with Excel, queries, and Viewpoint/Vista downloads.
  • Perform additional administrative or accounting tasks as needed to support business operations.

AP/AR Compliance Admin Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and additional training or an associate degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience performing similar accounting/AP responsibilities required.
  • Proficient with Vista Accounting software, Microsoft Excel, Windows OS, and 10?key data entry.
  • Strong analytical skills, quick to learn new software, and highly organized with excellent attention to detail and teamwork.
  • Valid Oregon driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
