CNC Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Machine Setup: Prepare the CNC machine for operation by loading the necessary tools, inputting the required program, and setting up the workpiece according to specifications.
- Operation: Monitor the CNC machine during operation to ensure it's running smoothly, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet the required specifications and make adjustments to the machine settings or tooling as needed to correct any deviations.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to keep the CNC machine in optimal working condition.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during operation, such as tool wear, machine malfunctions, or programming errors, to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Experience operating CNC equipment or other machine operating experience preferred but not required
- Longevity and reliable record of attendance from previous positions
- Ability to work in a fast?paced manufacturing environment without the use of headphones
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise specifications.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
