Supervisor Details:
Temporary position- $
27.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Supervise and support associates in picking, packing, VAS, shipping, and LTL operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor daily productivity and workflow to ensure orders are processed, staged, and shipped on time.
- Oversee quality control in order fulfillment, labeling, kitting, and value-added services.
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized dock and warehouse floor,
- Coach, train, and develop team members while addressing performance and accountability,
- Ensure compliance with attendance policies and mandatory overtime requirements
Supervisor Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse supervisory or team lead experience required.
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Strong communication and leadership skills Composite or steel-toe boots required.
- Must follow attendance policies, including 2-hour call-off notice and approved time-off requests.
- Must work All mandated overtime
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
