2nd or 3rd Shift - Industrial Maintenance Details:
Direct Hire position- $
31.00 to $ 37.00 / hour Various shifts available
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plastic injection molding machines, molds, robots, conveyors, and auxiliary equipment (chillers, dryers, material handling).
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, robotics, sensors, HMIs, and automated production equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Support mold changeovers, setup, and troubleshooting, including hot runners and mold cooling systems.
- Perform facility maintenance as needed (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding).
- Follow and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), safety standards, ISO/IATF requirements, and 5S practices.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and downtime in CMMS or maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
2nd or 3rd Shift - Industrial Maintenance Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Technical/Trade School preferred.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in plastic injection molding or automated manufacturing environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting/programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
- Familiarity with robotics and automation systems.
- Knowledge of LOTO, industrial safety practices, and preventive maintenance programs.
