Seeking an experienced Millwright to join our team and support maintenance and equipment operations.

Millwright Details:

Ensure company-designated areas within the facilities are functioning daily.
Installing mechanical equipment according to layout plans.
Inspecting and examining machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions.
Adjusting machinery and repairing or replacing defective parts.
Ensuring operating safety devices function properly on completion of repairs, modifications, and installations.
Facilitate the PM program on all equipment for continuous improvement of all equipment.
Keeping detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
Cleaning, lubricating, and performing other routine maintenance work on equipment.
Adhering to workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliance.
Maintaining a clean and environmentally safe work area.
Participates in all training requirements as they relate to all team members.
Must be willing to work flexible shifts.
Track cost-effectiveness of maintenance initiatives.
May be required to repeatedly lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs unassisted.
May be required to lift between 50-75 lbs assisted.

Millwright Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience, millwright is an asset.
Experience with autonomous forklifts and/or robots.
Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills, allowing one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
Working knowledge of the safety standards of equipment.
Welding FW flat/horizontal classification required.
Experience with pneumatics is an asset.
Ability to work independently without supervision and meet tight deadlines.
Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always.
Must possess intermediate computer skills.
Valid Forklift License is preferred.
Criminal background check, Drug Screen, and Post Offer Pre-employment physical
Pass company medical exam.
