Production Painter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Prepare metal surfaces through sanding, grinding, and cleaning
- Mix, match, and apply industrial coatings using spray equipment
- Inspect finished parts for quality, coverage, and durability
- Maintain painting equipment and a clean, safe work area
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output requirements
- Assist with general shop tasks as needed
Production Painter Qualifications:
- Experience with industrial or automotive painting preferred
- Knowledge of spray guns, paint mixing, and surface prep
- Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
