Immediate needs for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to support a heavy manufacturing mill environment. 12-hour shifts - $20-30/hr depending on experience.

Industrial Maintenance Electrician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic systems on industrial machinery
- Maintain motors, controls, wiring, panels, and related electrical equipment
- Diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Follow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out
- Work closely with maintenance and production teams
- Support mill operations, including overtime when required
Industrial Maintenance Electrician Qualifications:
- Experience as an industrial or maintenance electrician in a non-climate-controlled heavy manufacturing environment
- Understanding of industrial electrical systems and equipment
- Ability to read work instructions, diagrams, and schedules
- Physically able to work in a mill setting (standing, climbing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Associate’s degree, technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
- Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
