2nd Shift Powder Coat Line Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:00pm to01:00am )
- Operate and monitor paint line and powder coating machinery to ensure consistent product quality.
- Prepare parts for coating, load and unload product from the line, and inspect finishes.
- Perform basic machine adjustments, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Follow production schedules, meet daily output goals, and complete required documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain efficiency and uphold quality and safety standards.
2nd Shift Powder Coat Line Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- No diploma required; manufacturing or machine-operation experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for a full shift, and work in a fast?paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect product quality and follow safety procedures.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn powder coating and paint line processes.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
