Warehouse OSHA Safety Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Conduct regular safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions for warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and all federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Perform routine safety audits and inspections of warehouse operations, equipment, racking systems, forklifts, and material handling processes.
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents; prepare detailed reports and recommend improvements.
- Maintain OSHA logs (300, 300A, 301) and safety documentation.
Warehouse OSHA Safety Coordinator Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Warehouse Safety Coordinator or similar role in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards.
- Experience conducting safety meetings and employee training sessions.
- Experience performing internal safety audits and inspections.
- BILINGUAL: Spanish/English to be able to communicate with the warehouse employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
