Winder Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Operate and monitor winding machines to produce rolls of filtration media to specification.
- Inspect materials for quality, ensuring proper tension, alignment, and roll appearance.
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment to maintain efficient production flow.
- Package, label, and prepare finished rolls for storage or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety and production guidelines.
Winder Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but many skills can be learned on the job.
- Prior manufacturing, machine?operation, or industrial experience is helpful but not always required.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely in a fast?paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail for monitoring machine settings, roll quality, and product specifications.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures, work independently, and collaborate with the production team.
