ZeroTurn Mower Operator
The ZeroTurn Mower Operator is responsible for maintaining the community’s lawn areas using a zeroturn mower and other landscaping equipment. This role ensures the condominium grounds remain clean, safe, and visually appealing for residents and guests.

ZeroTurn Mower Operator Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
Operate a zeroturn mower to cut and maintain all designated lawn areas. Perform routine mower maintenance, including checking fluids, blades, tire pressure, and overall machine condition. Edge, trim, and blow off sidewalks, curbs, patios, and common areas after mowing. Inspect turf areas for hazards, debris, or damage and report issues promptly. Maintain proper mowing patterns, height, and turf health according to community standards. May assist with additional landscaping tasks including: Weed control Mulching Hedge trimming Seasonal cleanups Ensure safe operation of all equipment in accordance with HOA/community regulations. Interact professionally with residents and staff while on property. Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE usage.
ZeroTurn Mower Operator Qualifications:
Experience operating a zeroturn mower (commercial experience preferred). Basic knowledge of lawn care, landscaping tools, and equipment safety. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow mowing patterns and property maps. Reliable, selfmotivated, and able to work independently or with a team. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive outdoor tasks.
