Maintenance Mechanic
We are looking for skilled Maintenance Mechanics on a 3rd shift at a food production company in White City to perform routine equipment and facility repairs while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards!

Maintenance Mechanic Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 10:00pm to06:30am )
- Perform routine repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Minimize production downtime by responding quickly to mechanical issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with guidance from supervisors.
- Assist with installing, relocating, and setting up equipment (air, water, electrical).
Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, additional technical training is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and practices in mechanical repair.
- Basic carpentry and electrical skills and ability to learn equipment setup/changeovers.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak season or as business needs arise.
- Ability and knowledge of welding is required
- Proficient with a wide variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and work instructions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to complete basic math, algebra, and geometry calculations.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
