Electronics Technician - Maintenance Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
21.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing faults, disassembling, repairing, and replacing components in electronic systems. Conducting service checks and making necessary adjustments.
- Maintenance: Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failure. Setting up and calibrating electronics systems by following schematics and diagrams.
- Installation: Setting up, wiring, and installing new electronic equipment, such as manufacturing controls.
Electronics Technician - Maintenance Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in electronic technology or 2 years equivalent relevant work experience in electronics or related field.
- Credentials for Electronics Technician are a plus. These include Electrical Power Testing certification from the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET), the Basics Electronics credential from ETA International and the Certified Control Systems Technician (CCST) designation from the International Society of Automation.
- Past work experience in functional testing and certifying equipment to standards.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
