CNC Operator
We are currently seeking reliable and experienced CNC Operators in the Jackson, MI area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong CNC machining experience. These positions are available on 2nd and 3rd shift and paying $20-$26/hr based on experience.

CNC Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:00pm
- 3rd shift 11:00pm-7:00am
- $20/hr for 1-2 years of experience. $24-$26/hr for 5+years’ experience.
- Set up and operate CNC mills/lathes.
- Load programs, set tooling, and adjust offsets.
- Read and follow prints, control plans, and setup sheets.
- Perform in process inspections and maintain part quality.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and replace worn tools.
- Deburr, clean, tag, and document finished parts.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures.
- Complete production and quality logs.
- Communicate effectively with the next shift.
CNC Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 9–12 months CNC or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Lift up to 10 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Work near moving machinery, loud noise, and shop elements (oil, dust, fumes).
- PPE such as safety glasses may be required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
