Production Line Operator - 1st Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.10 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:30am to04:30pm )
- Load parts onto production lines, visually inspect coated parts, and unload finished components.
- Maintain lot-control accuracy and report coating defects or abnormalities in spray-line operation.
- Assist with setup and changeover of spray lines and support fellow line operators as needed.
- Keep work areas clean and organized while following all company policies and safety procedures.
- Load customer containers, stack boxes on skids, and operate forklifts when necessary.
Production Line Operator - 1st Shift Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 20 lbs. and stand, bend, and twist for an 8-hour shift
- Strong visual inspection skills and the ability to identify coating defects.
- Effective communication and ability to work as part of a team.
- Forklift operation experience preferred; must complete pre-use inspections when operating.
- No formal education requirement listed; entry?level applicants encouraged.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
