Electronics Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate and monitor advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure production efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve production processes and reduce defects.
- Accurately document production data and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to evolving manufacturing technologies.
Electronics Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous experience in semiconductor or precision manufacturing environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex equipment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Effective team player with good communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols.
