1st shift Equipment Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and safety-focused Equipment Coordinator with rigging experience to join our team in Harrison OHIO. This role is responsible for managing, coordinating, and maintaining equipment while ensuring all rigging operations are performed safely and efficiently. Candidates must have prior rigging experience; this is a strict requirement.

1st shift Equipment Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 27.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to01:00pm )
- Coordinate the use, scheduling, and maintenance of equipment
- Perform rigging tasks, including lifting, securing, and positioning heavy loads
- Select, inspect, and safely use rigging equipment such as slings, chains, hooks, and spreader bars
- Work closely with crane operators and other equipment operators to ensure safe load handling
- Follow hand signals, load charts, and established safety protocols for all rigging operations
- Maintain accurate equipment logs and inspection records
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate repairs when necessary
- Ensure equipment and work areas are organized and meet safety standards
1st shift Equipment Coordinator Qualifications:
Prior rigging experience required (industrial, warehouse, or construction)
Strong knowledge of rigging techniques and safety standards
Equipment operation knowledge a plus (forklift, telehandler, cranes)
Ability to read load charts and understand proper lifting procedures
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50+ lbs as needed
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
