Assembly Associate
Seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join their production team as Assembly Operators. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading automotive interior supplier in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Assembly Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:30am to02:30pm )
- Assemble automotive interior components (dashboards, door panels, consoles, etc.)
- Follow standardized work instructions and production guidelines
- Inspect parts for quality defects and ensure specifications are met
- Use hand tools and small power tools as needed
- Maintain production pace to meet daily goals
Assembly Associate Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
