Automation Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Provide daily production support for automated and robotic equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on automation systems.
- Assist with PLC and robot programming adjustments as needed.
- Support equipment startups, integrations, and continuous improvement activities.
- Track downtime issues and assist with root cause analysis.
Automation Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or technical degree required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automation, maintenance, or manufacturing support.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, robotics, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety protocols.
- English required; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
