CNC Operator
We’re seeking dependable CNC Operators on 1st and 2nd shift in the Jackson area. Paying $14/hr.

Since 1948, our client has been a leader in medium and high-volume precision machined products. Their manufacturing facilities feature CNC turning and milling. Secondary operations include broaching, hobbing, drilling and grinding. Their products are used in the Military, Locomotive, Agriculture and Trucking industry.

CNC Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
- Operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills.
- Load raw materials and confirm correct tooling for each job.
- Perform machine offsets and tool changes as needed.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools
CNC Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of CNC machining experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Comfortable with prolonged standing and walking.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
