3rd shift Sanitation Associate
The Sanitation Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment within a controlled indoor growing facility. This role ensures all growing areas, equipment, and common spaces meet strict food safety and sanitation standards to support the production of lettuce, microgreens, and other fresh produce.

3rd shift Sanitation Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughThursday from 10:00pm to06:30am )
- Clean and sanitize growing rooms, racks, trays, tools, and equipment according to established food safety procedures
- Wash and disinfect harvest bins, containers, and processing surfaces
- Follow sanitation schedules for daily, weekly, and deep-clean tasks
- Safely handle and properly dilute cleaning chemicals
- Remove plant debris, waste, and packaging materials from production areas
- Maintain clean floors, drains, walls, and workstations
- Support compliance with food safety regulations
- Document cleaning activities and complete required sanitation logs
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
- Follow all PPE and hygiene requirements in a food production environment
3rd shift Sanitation Associate Qualifications:
- Previous sanitation, janitorial, or warehouse cleaning experience preferred
- Experience in food production, agriculture, or controlled-environment growing is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Comfortable working in humid, wet, or temperature-controlled environments
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
