Accounts Receivable Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Create, review, and send customer invoices accurately and on time
- Post and track incoming payments, including checks, ACH, and credit cards
- Monitor accounts for past-due balances and follow up on outstanding payments
- Resolve billing questions and discrepancies with customers
- Reconcile accounts and maintain clear, organized records
Accounts Receivable Clerk Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or business preferred
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP software
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
