2nd Shift Machine Set-Up & Production Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughTuesday from 06:00pm to02:00am )
- Set up, adjust, and operate production machinery to meet daily manufacturing requirements.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain smooth operation.
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and shift leaders to meet production goals.
2nd Shift Machine Set-Up & Production Operator Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating or setting up manufacturing machinery required.
- Ability to read and follow basic production instructions, measurements, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality checks throughout production.
- Must be able to stand, lift, bend, and move materials throughout the shift as needed.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
