Maintenance Technician - A or B Shift Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $28.00 to $34.00 /annually
• Various shifts available

• Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all production equipment to meet or exceed OEE and customer quality expectations, following all Lockout/Tagout and safety policies.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment, proactively identifying and correcting safety risks and inefficiencies.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production and support equipment, including blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, conveyors, compressors, chillers, PLCs, and robots.
• Execute equipment changeovers with minimal downtime and verify machines are operating safely and efficiently post-changeover.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and evaluate operator checklists and comments to resolve root causes of downtime or inefficiency.
• Support equipment installation, machine setup, wiring, and programming to meet operational and process specifications.
• Identify improvement opportunities through TPM practices, tagging components requiring repair, replacement, or optimization.
• Document maintenance activities, process changes, and work orders accurately in SAP
• Monitor spare parts inventory levels
• Communicate equipment issues, repair progress, and improvement ideas clearly with maintenance, production, vendors, and contractors.
